Paul was born and raised on Long Island , New York. From his early years Paul found himself quided to animal welfare. Paul attended a technical high school in Old Westbury where he graduated with a diploma in Veterinarian Science and passed the New York AALAS exam as well as gaining a licence from the New York School of Dog Grooming. Upon graduation Paul was excepted to the veterinarian program in a small college in Kansas. Having spent one year at Colby College he realized the financial commitment was beyond his abilities. Heading back North to New York , Paul gained his associates degree in Business Administration.  Paul settled in Philadelphia and spent 20 years in facilities management within the legal community. Never loosing focus of his true passion for animal welfare he donated his spare time to the rescue of animals. Because of this Paul hung up his suit and opened a small all natural pet store in a struggling neighborhood in North Philadelphia surrounded by the Art Museum area. It was a store with a purpose to educate the owners  and treat the pets with natural products and at discount. The business failed but through it many dogs and cats made their way out of poor situations. Paul prefers to live in the shadows of the underdog and street tails. He currently lives in Philadelphia with his Partner Anthony and 3 adopted dogs, Hope, Casey and Peter. They recently committed to forever fosters of 5 abandoned dogs. Paulie, Dooley, Willow, Cinderella and Fawn.
