VIT Registration, Payment & Refund Policy

Reservations & Payment Registration

Payments can be made online, by mail or in person. Acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment-in-full. Registrants will receive program confirmation by email. If a program you wish to register for is full, you may email vit@housepawsmobilevet.com to be added to the waitlist. All forms and payment must be submitted and completed before a student is considered fully registered. 

Registrant Withdrawals & Refunds 

For program withdrawal, there is a non-refundable $60 administrative fee for summer camp and $20 administrative fee for all other registrations.

For withdrawals more than 14 days before your first day of class/camp, refunds (less the administrative fee) will be given. For withdrawals less than 14 days before your first day of class/camp, refunds will only be given if a substitute can be made from a wait list or by the registrant.

No refund will be given if a student misses a class due to illness, vacations or dismissal. However, if available, the child will be allowed to make up the class during the same week session.

Late Pickups

Parents who are late to pickup their child will be charged for late care if it is available. If it is not, or they are late to pickup for the end of late care, they will be charged $1 per minute for every minute past pickup time.
