Rikki D. Patient Care Coordinator/ Technician Assistant
Rikki was born and raised in Bucks County. She has always loved animals, so much so that her preschool teacher gave her a kitten. This led to all kinds of animals in her care including dogs, a rabbit, a guinea pig, gerbils, hamsters, a gecko, turtles, and fish. Rikki attended Monmouth University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in marine and environmental biology and policy. She currently has a fur son, Cheznee who is a border collie/shepherd mix. She also has a rescue cat named DeeCee who has Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH) which affects his balance. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at EASEL animal rescue, bowling, and hanging out with her family and friends.
Rikki was first attracted to HousePaws after she took a pet first aid class with Dr. Dana. This lead to a conversation to figure out how to get Rikki’s now doggie angel, Lobee, bad allergies under control, which worked. When an opening was posted for a receptionist position, Rikki knew this was the right fit.
